Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive the item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, in order to be eligible for return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns will not be accepted without a prior return request.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you're looking for is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without the need for justification. As with the previous cases, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and post the refund.
