The multilayer pipe (PE-RT/AL/PE-RT) is used as a heating conduit in underfloor or wall heating systems and combines the advantages of aluminum and plastic: thanks to the aluminum layer, the pipe is particularly easy to handle, as it can be bent without returning to its original shape. Furthermore, the aluminum ensures low longitudinal thermal expansion, making it suitable for applications in underfloor or wall heating systems in dry construction.
The aluminum tube is coated both inside and out with a layer of plastic, protecting it from external influences. Due to its construction, the multi-layered tube is 100% oxygen-tight. It is suitable for continuous operating temperatures up to 70°C and a maximum continuous operating pressure of 10 bar.

Attention: The heating duct is not suitable for connection with solar collectors or wood-burning heat generators, such as solid fuel boilers.
